The three key people of our Institute are its Principal, CEO and CIO who are all passionately committed to the cause of the Merchant Navy Industry. Their business acumen and expertise in their respective fields has led Bharath Institute of Marine Services to provide performance-oriented training to its cadets and service-oriented solutions to its clients.

Our Principal, Capt Anup Kumar Haldar is an Ex-Indian Navy employee with 25 + years of experience. He has also been a part of Merchant Navy been associated with various companies across the globe. He specializes in all navigational subjects training.

Our CEO, Mr. Shaik Fyaz plays a key role in the placement of cadets. He holds a B.Tech (Mechanical) and MBA (HR) Degree and has more than a decade experience in the areas of Corporate Management Training, Personality Development etc. He is largely responsible for networking with different ownership & ITF Companies and chalking out MOUs. He also conducts lectures in Mechanical Engineering for engine cadets.

Our Chief Instructor, Mr. Siva Kumar, also an Ex-Indian Navy Officer, has all the necessary skills of seamanship training along with excellent workshop skills which helps to foster relationships between the cadets and the management
